Mike has more than 20 years of highly successful sales & marketing experience working with large multinational organizations across APJ. His key strengths are in go-to-market transformation (competitive strategy and sales performance management) and bringing fresh approaches to the area of sales effectiveness.
Most recently in terms of work experience, in 2007, Mike was recruited to be the Director of Dell’s Sales Training & Development for Asia Pacific & Japan. Prior to this, Mike spent 7 years with Hewlett-Packard including key Asia Pacific and Japan roles of Director, Strategic Outsourcing and Director, Energy & Utilities, as well as a Global Account Director Role.
Mike has worked with companies within the Automotive, IT, Retail/FMCG, Energy, Petroleum, Telecommunications and Financial industries. In addition to working for organizations such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and Dell as well as Asia-Pacific’s largest IT distribution company, Mike has 6 years of banking experience with a leading Australian Bank.
Mike has a Master’s degree in e-Commerce as well as a diploma in corporate entrepreneurship from Helsinki School of Economics.
